We liked being there. This was a really nice stay during our visit. Central location was a plus. The area was secure just next door to the city center as well as nice restaurants.

Great hotel in an excellent location near a water fountain. Good selection of breakfast goodies. Conveniently located near bus stops to access the city, nice restaurants, and the Waffle House.

We found great prices at the hotel. The staff was really helpful. The hotel has a convenient location, very close to Kroger, Lexington, and bus stops to get into the city.

I loved having my own kitchen where I could make allergen free meals and save money.

If you want a hair dryer or free soaps, they don't have them. This didn't bother me because I never use them anyways.

The rooms in this place are in a new building and come equipped with a kitchen that includes a microwave, fridge, and coffee/tea makers.

As a solo traveler, I really appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff. The gentleman who checked me in was patient, understanding, and helped me with directions. The room was nice, clean, and I loved the grab and go breakfast. Great value for money, easy and convenient stay.

The gentleman who checked me in was very friendly and nice and accommodating. I arrived after midnight and I was very tired. He was very patient and understanding. He also helped me with directions when I couldn't find the hotel. The room was very nice except I couldn't get the bedside light to come on.

The hotel desperately needs to be disablility friendly. Too many stairs for people who have trouble climbing stairs or people carrying luggage. Also, your hotel is basically inaccessible to people who are in wheelchairs. That was disconcerting to me. Also, I asked if I could check in 30 mins early because I had to be somewhere at 3pm for the entire evening and was told to call a couple of hours before 3pm to find out. That was not helpful because I was on the road driving at that time. I needed to know whether to go straight to the hotel or to my other destination. Parking was extremely crowded. Also, why is breakfast over at 9:30 if check out is not till 11am?

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was updated. The kitchen had everything I needed. It was easy to get to.

Even though the whole upper floors were suppose to have been completely renovated and smoke free, there was strong smoke odor. Our bathroom in the corners had hairs piled up (need to better at cleaning the corners).
